David Henry, Licensed BROKER

David Henry is a native of Florida, but now knows Asheville, NC as home. He obtained his Broker’s license in 2008 and affiliated with Keller Williams Professionals Asheville. After attending the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, he began work in customer service management in the printing industry. David joined forces with River City Printing where he became co-owner and vice-president for the next 15 years. He worked with the local and national home builders’ marketing departments to create marketing collateral, campaigns and ads. His interest in home building and real estate is a big part of his personal life as well. David spent years buying, renovating and selling his own investment properties and personal homes, so he’s been a home buyer and seller many times. He has the ability to help his clients imagine what a home could be and has established relationships with local vendors to make it all happen. His community involvement is also in real estate, volunteering for Builders Care, Habitat for Humanity and even working on a project on the hit TV series Extreme Makeover Home Edition.
In his spare time, David enjoys both water and snow skiing, white water rafting, hiking, international travel and spending time with family and friends.
